Here is how it works; models receive a base pay plus a Bonus based on their performance and time broadcasting.
- Base Pay is $0.05 per token; Which is 67% of the cash when you consider Free Tokens, Processing Fee and Refunds.
The bonus is increased by performance and time broadcasting. Each are reset with every pay period.
Time Broadcasting Bonus:
- Work 11-25 Hrs gets ($0.05125/Tkn) 64% of cash
- Work 25+ Hrs gets ($0.0525/Tkn) 66% of cash
Performance Bonus:
- earn 400-800 Tkn/Hr gets ($0.05125/Tkn) 64% of cash
- earn over 800+ Tkn/Hr gets ($0.0525/Tkn) 66% of cash
The best part is these bonuses add together, which is ($0.055/Tkn) 69% of cash
Bonuses: Daily Weekly & Monthly
Daily Cash Bonus $400
Models who have the highest Tokens/Hour earnings each day will get an additional bonus.
- 1st place gets $200
- 2nd place gets $125
- 3rd place gets $75
Models must work at least 3 hours to qualify for this daily bonus.
Weekly Cash Bonus $2,000
The model with the most tokens in the weekly pay period gets $2,000 added to her pay
Monthly Cash Bonus $3,000
The model with the most tokens in the Month gets $3,000 added to her pay
Only tips from users count towards these bonuses.
In the event of a tie the model with the higher user rating will win.
