Daily Cash Bonus $400

Models who have the highest Tokens/Hour earnings each day will get an additional bonus.

• 1st place gets $200
• 2nd place gets $125
• 3rd place gets $75

Models must work at least 3 hours to qualify for this daily bonus.

Weekly Cash Bonus $2,000

The models with the most tokens in the weekly pay period gets $2,000 added to her pay

Monthly Cash Bonus $3,000

The models with the most tokens in the Month gets $3,000 added to her pay

Details

Here is how it works; models receive a base pay plus a Bonus based on their performance and time broadcasting.

• Base Pay is $0.05 per token; Which is 63% of the cash when you consider Free Tokens, Processing and Refunds.

The bonus is increased by performance and time broadcasting. Each are reset with every pay period.

Time Broadcasting Bonus:

• Work 11-25 Hrs gets ($0.05125/Tkn) 64% of cash
• Work 25+ Hrs gets ($0.0525/Tkn) 66% of cash

Performance Bonus:

• earn 400-800 Tkn/Hr gets ($0.05125/Tkn) 64% of cash
• earn over 800+ Tkn/Hr gets ($0.0525/Tkn) 66% of cash

The best part is these bonuses add together.
